After listening to Ichiro's suggestions Rika stood up to take the floor and have her point heard, at the rate things were going Icihro would win and once again they would have to do what he wanted.
"I think we should do something to help us decide. Make anonymous votes and ideas so our own negative views on the people naming them won't get in the way." Rika loved debating Ichiro but she would only win if he let her.
"You know we put our Ideas on a piece of paper but don't sign it. We draw each one and read them and then vote on the better ones. It's just an idea." she added and waited for an answer.
Ichiro contemplated Rika's idea and decided he couldn't say no to her. "All right Rika that sounds like a good plan. Everyone write down one thought of something we can do this term to please our fellow students. Don't write your name we will keep it anonymous until we chose the one we like best.
"The idea wins one which one gets the most votes and that's the one we will go through with. If its your idea too you get to work on it to make it happen the way you wish."
It did keep all the discrimination out of the votes if it was done anonymous but the winner would get to keep all the glory. Ichiro was confident his idea would win though. "I'll go first then we can pass the box around." So smiling confidently Ichiro wrote out his idea first and put it in an empty box.
His idea: The school will hold a beauty pageant and find Miss Gakuin High.
After everyone put the ideas in the box Ichiro took it to the front of the room. Next to his dry erase board he grabbed his marker and opened the first suggestion. He read each out loud and wrote them on the board as well. Once he was finished Ichiro looked at the suggestion on the board and declared it time to vote.
"We have five ideas so think of the one you like best and when I read it again raise your hand to vote. I'll be very disappointed if everyone only raises their hands to vote for their own suggestions and we end up with one vote for each, try not to do that."
Ichiro of course voted for his own idea, the beauty pageant.

As much as Rika wanted her spelling bee she knew it would be a bore since she would no doubt be the winner. She quietly thought of the fun of a dance and if someone actually asked her to one like Ryo. No not Ryo maybe someone nice would though and there was only one way to find out. Rika voted for organizing a dance.
Confusion settled over Miki. The idea of the dance sounded fabulous! Then again, Miki would feel like he betrayed Toriyama-dono if he didn't vote for the President's idea.
There was also the hard part about figuring out which one was Toriyama-dono's idea. A spelling bee definitely didn't fit the guy. A cultural festival, maybe. A dance, possibly. A beauty pageant, definitely, but Toriyama-dono was also not the type to cheat and vote for his own choice. No, Toriyama-dono firmly believed in justice. None of the other choices matched the brilliant leader either!
So the choice was between the dance and the cultural festival. He was leaning more towards the dance, after all, the dance did involve more interaction with females than a cultural festival which Toriyama-dono would most indefinitely take into consideration. However, at that thought, Miki's decision swayed towards the cultural festival.
How could I ever get the courage to ask a girl to a-a dance! Miki's face was ensnared with mental anguish and horror. At that moment,

Ichiro was disappointed with the results but there was no way around it so he announced the winner. "Looks like we'll organize a dance. The person who's idea was this please stand. We will help you but you get to set all the basic rules and stuff you want to happen."

Naozumi looked towards Ichiro, mainly to see if he would agree. Which in Naozumi's eyes would be lovely.

"How many people do you think will actually participate besides the loud, party type ones?"
