It's unfortunate that in this day and age everyone tends to believe the negative that they hear or read and not take a look at both sides of the story. As an employee of The Iams Company it really bothers me that Peta is putting information out there that is not true and scaring people. Thanks for sending me the website. I havn't taken a good look at it yet, but I appreciate your concern.
Unfortunately, like you said, everyone believes everything they read, and some of it may be untrue. This applies to your site as well.
Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to believe that everything on your site is true (and it may be...you guys were very careful with your use of words, from what I'm reading.), and that no animals are harmed in the processes of making Iams food, but I highly doubt that PETA would spend so much time and money researching your company if it was all a big lie. Why do they need to put out false information about your company?
Again..thanks for the site and I really do appreciate it. I have some researching to do of my own now.
I'll pass it on to others, so everyone can get a chance to see both sides.
