Yikes....I can't believe it's been this long since I have posted. Time flies when you are having fun I guess. Everything here is going well. Schools out and the kids couldn't be happier. Well it has certainly been a while since I wrote anything. Too much is going on. School is going well for the kids and of course we still have baseball, which we really enjoy, but there never seems like there is any time for anything else. Can't really believe that my parents have just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. It realy doesn't seem like they could have been married for that long. Back again today. Can't seem to get in to my journal as much as I would like. Too much going on. Really busy week this week. Kids have loads of stuff to do. School testing, first baseball practices, trying to keep everything organized is driving me crazy. Well, just needed to let off a little steam. We just signed up my son for baseball this Spring and who knew everything that this will involve. They have an assessment of their playing skills and a draft. They also will practice 2 nights a week and play games 2 nights a week. Well, I made it through Christmas and New Years. I can't believe that it is 2006 already. Christmas was good but quiet since I didn't get to see all of the relatives, but we had a nice time with our family here in Texas. I may have relocated but even though I'm away from some of my family, I get to spend time with family that I normally don't get to see on Thanksgiving. That's what this holiday season is all about. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I also can't wait to go Christmas shopping on that notoriously crazy day after Thanksgiving.
