I was doing the c25k program and was on day 2 week 6 but haven't ran in a few months, would you start the program from the beginning or a bit before you left off or stay where you were?

Hmmm.....I would at least bump back a little as you've likely lost at least some, if not more of that conditioning. I was struggling with trying to figure out where I would restart, but then.....I just kinda didn't :-/

Even if you start at the beginning, early on there are a lot of repeat days. If that is where you're at, then continue with the program and you'll get back there. If it's ridiculously easy, you could always skip some of the repeat days to find where you're at.

I'd definitely start over. You may need to get used to where you were at all over again.

I, personally, would start over. You could always try the week you left off and see how it feels... or back up a few weeks. It depends on how you feel ;)

When I haven't been running in a while, I just kind of take it slow the first day and guage my body. Everyone is different, so it kinda just depends. You might find that you're too advanced for the beginning :)
