YAY today was the last day of school. I got home and drank like a gallon of water! lol. ok I'm exaggerating slightly. But I was so thirsty. And then I had a little snack and went outside to forage some dandelion, clover, arugula, and other greens to add to my surprisingly delicious green smoothie. and yep you can totally eat dandelions, I think every part is edible but I have only eaten the greens. They are yummy in green smoothies and really nutritious. I usually only but a few leaves in my smoothies which adds just a hint of nice bitter flavor (not the gross kind of bitter). But like 3 cups of the leaves has more calcium, iron, vitamin E, vitamin A, thiamin, niacin, folate, riboflavin, magnesium, vitamin B-6, copper, magnesium, vitamin C, (ok the list goes on and on) than milk. I totally just looked that up. lol.

That's really interesting. Hahah I don't know anything about food or nutrition. Only the stuff about carbs and lipids and proteins we learned in bio.
