Workouts are postponed till my back stops hurting.
Damn I was going so well too!

Day 11-13: does lifting heavy paint buckets count. I think they do. I was too exhausted from work to do anything!

Day 14: rest day. Doing a lot of stretching before the pain starts again.

Day 10: Felt really good doing all the moves. I might have to up my weight. We'll see next Wednesday if I need to up my weights. Abs were killer but at least I can see them again. I can't wait till I do yoga again. Legs aren't very sore but they feel like they were workout yesterday.

Loki the dog I actually like to hangout with at my place died about a few hours ago. Roommate is sad since he was one of the best dogs you could ever have.

after 5 years of working without the help of my parents and going to school I'm finally graduating
