Time is going by WAY too fast. It needs to slow the hell down. Three weeks of my last semester in college are gone already. I have been so busy, but I'm loving life right now

Yes, NY is the obvious choice and I have a feeling I probably will live there at some point because it is the headquarters for a lot of "bleeding-heart-liberal-feel-good type organizations." But, see above re: not wanting to leave LA. I'm sure NY is at least as awesome as LA and everyone says it's actually better (except for cold weather), but LA has come to feel like home to me. Even though I want to be an intrepid globe-trekker, at the same time I have trouble leaving what is comfortable and familiar.
I love that you want to stay in LA but not for all the bleach blonde and orange skin reasons.
and So sorry we didn't get to meet up in Buffalo I came down with Tonsilitis and then I was off to NYC and back and there was a lot of time management "issues".
The bleach-blonde orange-skinned people are on the con list for sure. There are a lot of fake plastic people here, but it's also one of the most diverse cities in the world so there are plenty of cool people too. You just have to know where to look for them.
I know exactly what you mean. NT and Buffalo will always be home home, and I miss it when I'm at school, but after a few weeks there I've had my fill. It's just so boring and there's nothing there for me, especially career-wise. If a select group of people didn't live there I wouldn't have much of a reason to ever go home.
That's okay, we'll have to get together whenever we're both home again...no idea when that'll be, but one day. I think I'll be home for spring break, March 14-22.

Anywho yea I totally know what you mean with the whole issue of moving when you feel nested in LA.
Buffalo to me seems like home but 2 weeks in and I'm ready to go back to my new home, my new hub, my new whatever.
