The trial was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. My lawyer never got to her defense because Dee got up and walked out. A recess was called, but she refused to come back. Tomorrow is the trial. I admit it, I'm nervous. We're fighting over a baby that isn't even born yet, which to me is kind of weird, but this is something that had to be done. Okay. So, it's settled.

We're going to court even before the baby is born, so that when it comes, whoever wins will already be prepared. The court date is July 8th. I'm nervous, but at the same time confident. The baby will go to whoever would be a better parent. Right? Right.

I will not mention sex with Dave anymore. Matter of fact, I won't do it, either. I'll become a monk.

Yesterday David and I hiked through the mountains, swam in the lakes, caught fish with our bare hands, roasted s'mores and sang songs by the campfire. We had no sexual contact at all. Except we did.
