After eight months, I am finally, finally done. I can't say I've enjoyed this year - I did enjoy the non-academic bits =P but I'm not sure if I'm meant for the pressure-filled Cambridge system. So 2010 has been an insane year of endings and beginnings, of change. And I am incredibly grateful for how the year has turned out - where so many things could have not gone the way I'd expected (and did - A level results, uni apps, etc), but everything worked out okay in the end. I am.. strangely sad at the thought of leaving Cambridge for the holidays. As much as I didn’t really like it at first, this has been an amazing two months. Went for YOG diving youth men's 10m platform preliminaries (what a mouthful) today. :D It was fabulously exciting and completely awesome. Watching it live is so different from watching it on TV. Even the sound of the divers hitting the water is so much more... real. Qiu Bo was brilliant :D And we got his autograph afterwards omg. He was walking out ( Read more... )
