[The feed switches on to show someone with their back to the camera, standing a little further off into the room. Its obvious who it is given his somewhat unusual features, and also obvious that he doesn't know the camera is recording. [He really is slowly getting over his self-image issues. Being around so many humans and discovering they're really not as terrible as he initially thought has helped a lot]

I'm ready. [And he begins to move a little further out into the room, to give them more space. Darc is more of a self-taught brawler when it comes to hand-to-hand combat, but what he lacks in finesse he makes up for in sheer strength and speed]

[Darc on the other hand, had always thought of humans - and himself, given that compared to a full-blooded Drakyr he looks very human - were hidious, but he's finally changed his mind about that, given that he now has a human 'mate']

[Darc's speed is almost inhuman, but he's met humans that were faster than him before, including Izaya. Still, he moves to spin out of the way, intending to try and grab hold of the other male by the arm and throw him to the ground, if he can catch hold of him]

[That's a good reason to change your mind. And Dick would be very happy for you, since this place is pretty horrible at times.

Dick is considered one of the faster non-meta humans back at home. But he definitely isn't as strong as most of the others.

He easily moves out of your grasp, ducking and trying to sweep his leg underneath your feet to knock you over.]

[This is a move that Darc knows well, given that it's one he often employs himself, and he flips backwards in order to evade it - he'll never admit it, but Izaya really was right that pants are easier to fight in than the skirt he normally wears! - before dashing back towards the other a few moments later, aiming to launch into a set that would once again end with an attempt to throw Dick to the ground]

[If pants are easier to fight in then form fitting spandex is even easier to work with. Not that Dick doesn't know how to fight in just normal clothes. He can.

He's just...going to jump and do a flip over you, quickly turning around so his back isn't facing you before launching towards you to try and attempt a throw of his own on you.]

[Darc is spinning around to face the other again before he has even finished with his leap, before dropping swiftly to the ground, attempting a crouching roundhouse of his own in another attempt to floor Dick; his general tactic when sparring with unarmed humans is to attempt to floor them as frequently as posible in order to minimise damage, given that using his claws and the spikes on his elbows are out of bounds, and he's never too sure just how much he needs to hold back until he's assessed the level of their endurance, given that 'normal' humans in his own world wouldn't be able to stand up to him, and he's yet to discover how capable Dick is...]

[Ironically enough, when it came to sparring, Dick wasn't looking to win. He was just out to have fun. He laughs lightly as he easily jumps over the roundhouse. But instead of doing some counter, he places his hands on both of Darc's shoulders as a use of leverage to push himself off the ground and to do a flip.

It's obvious that Dick was a very playful fighter.]

[Darc, on the other hand, tends to take sparring very seriously, though he's beginning to see that is can be playful and fun...its just taking him some time to get used to these concepts. He seems mildly surprised by the other's tactic, given that it seems to serve no purpose, and he hesitates a moment before moving to launch into his next attack, rushing towards Dick then spinning to the side at the last moment, intending to attempt to initiate another throw]

[It really doesn't serve a purpose other then it's just Dick and he can't get away with doing flips. Ever.

He turns quickly, but Dick isn't used to sparring in loose pants so his foot gets caught against his pant leg. So well. He seems to have taken himself down.

Dick is covering his face as he lies there for a moment.]...Can we pretend I didn't just somehow trip myself and fell?

[Darc skids to a stop and blinks a bit as the other man somehow manages to trip over himself - and hey, you'd never get a foot caught against a Drakyr skirt! Maybe he was right after all! - not really sure how he managed that. After a moment he holds a hand out to him - about the only time he doesn't freak out about physical contact is when he's sparring, or n an actual fight, because its justified - still looking both incredulous and confused] I guess we could do that. [A pause] You did, though...

[Well in Dick's defense, he only usually wears skin tight clothing while training or actually working. So he hasn't accustomed himself to the looser articles quite yet.
