038: Darc [Accidental Video]

[The feed switches on to show someone with their back to the camera, standing a little further off into the room. Its obvious who it is given his somewhat unusual features, and also obvious that he doesn't know the camera is recording. He's standing in front of the TV - he found it on when he entered the room - and it can be gathered from his tense

[Dick just happens to be horribly tentative to things like this. It's half Dick's training really. Dick just continues to give him a smile. Making sure the other knows he doesn't think any differently of him still.]

Maybe it's an acquired taste. I do love a good mystery though, as farfetched as they get. It's interesting to solve it yourself while reading. [Dick is really good at that whole purely for enjoyment thing.] I would like that. It would be a good way to relax, and we'll both get to learn more right?

....hmm. [He doesn't sound particularly convinced on the topic of fictional books, but he doesn't reiterate his dislike for them. Maybe he'll get it eventually, if he just keeps trying to read tham, no matter how odd it seems to him] ...I guess so. it'd be something to do, at least...[He's still feeling self-conscious, but at least Dick has given no signs that he is covertly mocking him...]
