Thanks for your support with chapter 1! Sorry for the delay in updating - I was ill. To make up for it, I’m posting both chapters 2 and 3. I know some of this is sad now, but the story is just beginning, I promise it will be worth the wait!

They need to find a way out of this! They need to. This is just breaking my heart. And the image of Morgana/King Hunchback is breaking my mind.

I'm kind of annoyed at Arthur's lack of inspiration. COME UP WITH A GODDAMN PLAN, DUDE. THIS IS THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. Merlin feels sorry for your situation, THAT'S HOW BAD THIS IS.

Also, I adore Gwen being the voice of reason and still being her awesome S1 self. I adored the little scene between her and Morgana, it felt very much like family. *hugs them*

Anyway, post soon! And fix AMor! Can't they just throw Uther in jail and have a Coup d'état? They can let him out after the wedding...

Mara! <3 Thanks for commenting! Don't worry, a fix is in the future. Unfortunately we know about Arthur's sense of duty and how he loses his spine around his father. But like I said to someone else, just know that I love ArMor and I wouldn't be cruel to my fellow shippers. Johnny Capps I am not. LOL

LOL, no really, this is a great set up. I have faith that Arthur will grow a set and figure out what to do. Or Merlin will. Or hell, Morgana will. Yeah, guess my money's on our girl.

Where the hell is an enchantress when you need one? She could seduce Tormod, and he wouldn't want Morgana any more....

Unfortunately, this was a very common occurrence of the time (dynastic marriages) and I like how you are staying true to that, and using it for our ArMor angst. If there was no angst, we wouldn't be so happy when they finally get together, right? ;D

Any estimation on how many chappies this will be? Just trying to figure out how long I'll have to wait.... ;P

This will be about 12-13 chapters.... I'm not totally sure, because I still haven't decided how to divide some of them up yet. There are some big twists and turns ahead, it's a bit of a roller coaster fic. *evil laughter*

Liza! *tackles* Look, I can't give away too much. About 90% of the fic is already written. Just know this: I love ArMor, and I love Morgana, and I love my fellow shippers... there are things I would never do to them!

where did we land on war, swapping places with gwen, old king marrying uther/garden rake? and or arthur and morgana locking old king in the bathroom and arthur dressing up as old king (and showing remarkable stamina as old king) they can do it on a banquet table (with or without an audience, you're choice! lol)
