As you all may know by now, Peter Jennings, a man I grew up watching on the televsion giving the news, died Monday of lung cancer. He used to smoke, then took it back up after 9/11 (does this mean we can add another name to victim list ( Read more... )

Here it is, just mere hours until pre-planning begins and my summer break ends. Part of me is grateful that something else comes in and breaks the boringness of the summer....then again, it's teaching.
