Nyah. I bought Melatonin a few days ago to help with the sleep issues, and the first 2 days of taking it worked beautifully. Yesterday and today, unfortunately did not. I took it before bed, felt the effects of it (ie. heavy lids, feeling tired) but I never fell asleep. I tossed from 1 am-4am, got up and pissed around until 630am, called a dear ( Read more... )
