Wish Week Permissions and also potential for plotting!
Okay so I got permissions for a wish for Wally that may or may not affect people depending on how you want things to play out for your character.
So Wally's wish is for friends and he's also a very terrible flirt. I thought for this week Wally should have pheromones that affect people around him and their "attraction" to him.

Hey guys, as some of you saw on plurk, there has been a death in my family this week and it's hitting me a little harder than I thought it would. Add the stress of some bad financial situations and well- I think I could use some time offline.
