It sounds like you're ready for a change.
If you get the new job, I say go for it.
You can always get together for drinks or whatever with your former co-workers, and a new job will be a good opportunity for more networking and opening up more doors.

exactly what was goin thru my head. as a manager, i have to differentiate the extremely fine line between being friends and being a supervisor.
