Sunday morning-ish, I heard a "hello" coming from the hallway.  We often leave our door open a bit for better airflow, and my 84 year old neighbour was at the door.  She was concerned because her telephone was not working.  I invited her in to help solve the problem, which we soon discovered was that Rogers had disconnected her home phone line ( Read more... )

Options of going home from Ottawa aren't the greatest.  Driving can get boring, and requires a lot of concentration.  Train is most comfortable, and well priced.  Bus is scary and not comfortable, but cheapest.  Flights are fastest and ridiculously priced.  Maybe i'll fly to TO then have the ( Read more... )
