We're going to have to go to Belgium
As a kid, I loved Belgian Waffles. As an adult, I've loved Belgian Chocolates. Recently, hubby and I have discovered that we love Belgian Beer-especially Hoegarden.

Summmer my ass!
I'm locked in the bedroom with the space heater going. WTF? The pug was banished back out to the dining room due to his incessant (and no longer charming) snoring. Wow, its cold!
I'm freezing to death. The heater has been cranked back up because the house is an ice box.
On another note, I'm so sore today! We got a wild hair yesterday to bring in some more boxes from the garage to unpack and now the house looks like a bomb hit. I love having a garage in that we can hide stuff out there until we're ready for it and not have ( Read more... ) -

When the weather doesn't cooperate
I had so hoped to get into the garden yesterday and surrounding yard, but alas, mother nature wouldn't have it. While hubby ran errands, I watched the rest of Marie Antoinette and daydreamed about projects I want to do around the house. Trying to find some inspiration
It was cloudy and dark today so I was unable to get outside and take the photos I wanted to. I have decided to watch Marie Antoinette for some much needed inspiration-on several counts: For fashion ideas and for decorating ideas. I feel like I am getting a crack fix. *bounce*

Ghosts in our house?
A few weeks ago I was standing in the living room by the bar and felt something touch my bum. Not a brush, a brush and pressure applied, like a hand was reaching out.
