So with my last sewing project completed, I'd thought, mistakenly, that I would be taking a break from sewing for a while. takhisiss, at least had declared it to be so for her at least, swearing off sewing for at least another year. And yet... things never go as planned.

Love the new dress! Are you planning to make it in white? I also adore the sleeves on the dress coming up the stairs--wish the whole dress was in view. What colors are Tak using? You both looked so spectacular in the other dresses that I can't wait to see these!

That right now has become the question of the week. I want to make the dress in velvet. Since there's going to be a train on the skirt and I'll be venturing outside, satin or taffeta really isn't a possibility. The instant the train flips over and drags the ground, the material would be destroyed ( ... )

And I think I may have to make sure I stay well away from any open flames. I picked up my dress fabric. It's cotton candy pink panne. *dies* Good thing I'll be wearing gloves.
