Sounds like you are having the experience of a lifetime. I am so glad that you got to see your family over the holidays...I was giggling at all your descriptions of hilarious stories. I totally agree at meeting new people after you are settled into a situation. I met all the new students in Rome after I had already studied in Torino and visited Rome before, and it seemed so weird that I was in their position just a few months before.
I am so jealous of all your travels and all that time you get to spend exploring a different life. Keep having a great time! I miss you so much!
