Sorry I have been mysteriously absent for the past few weeks.  I finished my study abroad experience in Torino, Italy on June 27th.  Classes ended well with my final portfolio in photography and an exam in Christianity.  A group of the girls and I went to Lake Como for our last weekend together and got to hang out by the pool.  The whole six weeks ( Read more... )

This past weekend was a whirlwind of activity.

Wow, what a weekend we just had.  The trip to Asti was really great.  We had amazing weather that day with warm temperatures and quite a bit of sun.  The train ride was really short, only about 20 minutes outside of Torino.  When we first got there, there was an open air market selling clothes, trinkets, and food.  We walked around for a few hours ( Read more... )

• Classes have started and they seem really easy J
• The city of Turin has a pretty good public transportation system, which we are slowly figuring out

Ciao bellas!  I have now been in Italy for just over a week and I am having a good time. I flew into Milan last Monday, May 19.  It was a really long flight and I didn’t get to sleep very much.  Milan was a pretty busy city, and our hotel was right in the city center.  I got to see the Duomo and climb to the top.  The architecture was beautiful.  ( Read more... )
