So last night was really nice. We went to an International Student Night held at this pub (The Skeff=Skeffington Arms). At first it was just awkward turtle, standing with the Americans I knew, but then we mingled, and met some really nice people. Hey chica! I hadn't read in a while, so I just caught up on all the craziness of your life. I am glad to hear about all the people you are meeting and having some fun with. I loved getting to meet international people, in my cases just Italians, because they have such a different way of looking at life and esp. at America in general. Thanks so much! It's really nice to hear from people back home, it makes me feel more at home here, if that makes sense. It's like a reminder that I'm not living two disparate lives, I'm just living one life and feeling connected with everything I left behind helps.

I talked to my dad with my webcam twice this week, the first time for a good 45 minutes. My mom and I are trying to make some time today work. The quality has been the best with msn messenger, so we're sticking with that. So that's good
