a few days ago i was in the shower. thinking shower thoughts, soap, shaving, shampoo and i really focused in on the shampoo part. i was like, hmm i wonder if my shampoo is mosturizing or clarifying. hmm i'll look at the bottle

there's this paul mitchell shampoo and on the label under directions it syas that it's also a good body wash.
