Lessons that cannot be learned

I had my dissertation presentation yesterday which went rather well. This was a bit unexpected because one of the people on the jury was a notorious knit-picker and we all expected him to be difficult and complain.

We then went out a bar on the Butte aux Cailles and after about 7 (I can't remember the exact number) infused rums and a few pints

thanks. I just did a masters in film distribution and marketing...
It's actually what they call a "Masters Profesionnel", as opposed to a "Master Recherche" which would be closer to what we would consider to be a Masters.
