hi kunal, i received your postcard today, it's beautiful! it didn't hurt that it arrived very close to my birthday, very good timing. thank you! what made you want to visit kazan? i was there for the first time this past summer, liked it very much. if you are in that area, try to take a boat ride on the volga, that was the best experience.

About Kazan,I don't know why - I suppose the whole oriental Russia part of it. For some reason Irkutsk and Kazan are two places I'd quite like to visit. I'd like to go to Moscow too, to see what's left of the constructivist buildings..
