Lancôme new products - coming this Autumn
Every time new products come out to market Lancôme organizes special trainings for Retail Service managers, managers of the partner stores, consultants and key sales people. I was very lucky to attend one on the 31-st of August.

So what do I actually do?
I am coordinating 32 L'Etoile shops in St. Petersburg. I check merchandising, testers, improve visibility, and try hard to increase sell-outs (amount of products sold by retail shop directly to customers).
