This is so great! The lonely cabin in the woods on a lake, the way the couples having sex get killed first, the way Wilson has this sudden urge to go look for the killer alone...perfect. A wonderful Halloween treat.

OMG, this is crack-tastic! I love all of the horror movie tropes, and they kill Jason by swirlies! And Wilson explaining that Jason is his cousin...*applause*

Oh, I love the Halloween Simpsons, too! Some of the most classic Simpsons moments ever came out of those. And Hugh Laurie guest-starred in Treehouse of Horror 21, I think.

Thanks so much for reading! :)

Couldn't help giggling over the reveal that Jason was Wilson's cousin and House's response, "Is anyone in your family normal?"

Thanks for the Halloween treat!

That scene actually popped into my head at work one day, and the rest of the story kind of followed. Not that I spend all my time thinking about H/W or anything, LOL...

Thank you for reading!

Great crack! I can't watch horror movies but I still recognise the tropes. I love how H & W go and watch the sun come up quite unconcerned after the blood bath of the evening :)

This made me laugh

"You were the one who insisted on dragging us to the creepy deserted lake with the psycho killer!"

"My parents said he was gone," Wilson said.

lol - "you can go to the cabin now James, the creepy psycho killer has gone - we're pretty sure anyway" :)

Well, they are alone there now. Might as well take advantage of it! :D

The sunrise was actually inspired by "Jason Takes Manhattan", where the two survivors hug as the sun comes up and talk about going sightseeing to the Statue of Liberty. That whole movie's hilariously bad.

Thanks so much for reading! :)
