Ahhh, I fucking love my dreams. Love, love, love, love, love them. They help me figure out so much about myself.

Hmmm.. I don't have dreams anymore. I wish I still had them.

What was yours about?

You still have them, you may just have a hard time remembering them either cause of your sleeping schedule or you're not used to remembering them but there are ways to help you remember ( ... )

I think that's what dreams usually are supposed to do though, like your brain works overtime in your sleep and helps you figure out things you wouldn't understand when you're consciously thinking about it. I think that's why like there are so many tips of like "if you can't figure out a problem, stop thinking about it, go to sleep and revisit it in the morning" and what not ( ... )

Yeah, I've read that you have the same amount of brain activity when you dream and when you're awake, pretty amazing stuff.

I don't think it's a bad thing but I wouldn't say it's very good either. I think remembering your dreams can be important. I think it's important in self exploration and it can shed light on the unconscious things you may be feeling or thinking.

I usually feel really lost in reality in my dreams, I've no idea that I'm dreaming. The only thing that I can do is wake myself up when it gets too scary - I've done it on numerous occasions. That's pretty good though, if they're really clear and they follow all the laws of nature and stuff (they must if she mixes up reality and dreams), she can probably determine what she is thinking or feeling pretty easily from those dreams... if she figures out what was a dream haha.
