Our weather is just the opposite. Almost every day it is cloudy, rainy and mid 40s.

The weather has been strange, that's for sure. The last I heard, the death toll was at 55 from the tornadoes. A tornado hit Bloomfield, IN, too, and left a 40 ft wide, 4 mile swath of destruction there.

I, too, hope the bickering can stop. I really hope Barack wins, but if not, it would be foolish for there to be such a rift that he couldn't work with her if she wins. I think he is the brightest hope we've had in many years.

Those tornadoes were nuts. The weather all over the continent seems pretty wacky lately. Last week we hit minus 49 C with the windchill. We basked in near 0 temperatures for a few days and then yesterday I woke up to minus 30 again. It's like the day after tomorrow, only without the wolves (or Jake Gyllenhaal).
