I am sitting here looking at the packed up Christmas boxes. It makes me want to cry because the season is over. The time when everyone is in love and/ or loving each other and you can't help but love it. But now what? What is next? Nothing. Everyone will go back to their old selves and we'll go back to school, the bitter, unmerciful lives we ( Read more... )

Well said Sarah.

We always fulfill ourselves with false feelings and materialistic objects because it makes us feel complete. Yet, there is always that hole. I guess it is a part of growing up. Also, like in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, everyone "loves" each other but no one really likes each other. In the end it will not matter who partied the hardest, who was the most punk rock, who was the prettiest, who hooked up with the most people...its all bullshit. Until people wake up the reality, I do not think anyone can discover true happiness. I guess just stay true to yourself and your feelings because, the things ones own self does/likes/believes are truly beautiful. As for other people, well who cares. I do not know if I am making any sense. But I understand where you are coming from.

Also, sorry I could not make the band campout. blah

I hope all is well.

now that i have read it again at an appropriate hour of the day. i realised i wrote an essay about this last year in american history. dont ask me why or how, but i think it went a little like this.

you live your life day to day looking for something to make you happy. the thing is in your mind you think you are making yourself happy. in the subconsious, thats a different story. everything you do, or ever will do will be directed to gettin aproval from someoneelse. not you, your peers. just remember the last time you bought an article of clothing, did you buy it for yourself or did you really buy it so other people would notice you. this goes around and around in a little circle id like to call the circle of endless acceptance.

oh by the way, when are you gonna draw on my wall?
