I tried teaching the verb fall differently than I normally do. I deliberately fell on the floor, much laughter from students, and then I had the boys try to help me up. Much more laughter and half of them fell on me leaving me buried under a pile of students ( Read more... )

That's a wonderful thing you did for your student. Even if it was unnecessary, knowing that there are teachers who care that much about their students makes me so happy. :)

Hahaha, now I'm tempted to see what her husband looks like! Invite him to the rescheduled lunch date!

i don't blame you for what you did, i'd be kinda worried having my 11 year old student take a taxi home by himself! i'm in my 20's and i don't even wanna take a taxi by myself, lol.

I had a chat with my coteacher, she's going to express my and her concerns about the whole thing to the parents. Who knows what will happen though.
