Thanks! It's weird. I haven't really changed a great deal. I've been doing a lot of portion control, but I'm not necessarily exercising more or anything. I think a lot of it is from my depression meds. Either that or my body has decided that I'm far enough removed from my past major stressors that I can relax a little. :P
