I got stung by a wasp on my ankle over a week ago, while I was rummaging around for firewood and it is just now finally starting to get better (after a week with a five inch burning crusted rash over my ankle and leg, fever, itching, and a hacking cough that won't quit.) I just got back from my herbal intensive in Maine! I'm still in a complete state of culture shock, the trip was a mindblow to say the least. My teacher Frank Cook was fabulous.
