I'm not really surprised by that. A lot of people our age think it's totally cool to be having sex at the age of 16 or 17. Is it really that different, only a few years younger? A lot of girls begin to mature as early as 3rd and 4th grade these days, and boys right around the ages of 12-14. It only makes sense they'd start having sex by the time they're 13 or 14.

Years ago, someone would be saying that exact same thing had they read that "Girls in our poll who chose to have sex did so earlier than later. Most of the girls (x%) first had SEX AT AGE 18 or 19..." It's all relative to what we think is right, I guess is my point.
