Last night Elizabeth and I where playing with hair and makeup, and it turned into a 50's pinup theme.  I did the hair, makeup, wardrobe, and photography.  She was a good sport posing, even when Bug dropped by to visit.  I think it is the best we have ever entertained Bug!

After my recital last weekend, I was relaxing watching my "stories" (a.k.a Desperate Housewives) on Sunday night when I received a phone call from Michael.  He was standing outside of my dorm, home 2 days early from his 5-week stint in Denver!  I was completely surprised and ecstatic to see him home safely.

Michael and I spent our fourth New Years together this past week.  New Years is my favorite time of the year because it is something to look forward to after Christmas, there is always a rockin party somewhere, and I get to kiss my boyfriend and wish him a happy birthday  at midnight (that's my favorite part).  I love the "newness" of the new year ( Read more... )

My 11.5 year old dog Casey is getting OLD.  On Friday morning she wouldn't get out of her pen to walk, and when she did come out she was barely walking and with a limp.  She has just started having back and hip problems and she is getting around very slowly.  The vet put her on pain meds and an anti-imflammatory.  It is weird to go from seeing my ( Read more... )
