I find it increasingly difficult to get away with things. So I am cautious about approaching restriction again. I plan for it. I study the eating routines at Kathy and Lathy's. You're part right. You, in the end, are all that you can count on. However, by "restricting" and whatnot, you are no where close to taking control of yourself. In fact, all you'll do is spiral out of control.

You have me and Bridget, Abby. We both care about you more than you realize, and you have lost us. If you continue to alienate yourself from us, though, you very well just might.

As though bingeing and compulsive overeating isn't spinning out of control as well?

I know restricting causes problems. But I'd much rather deal with restricting than bingeing. At least that way I won't gain any more weight. I'd prefer one eating problem over the other.

I'd rather you not do either. The fact of the matter is that you're using both as a justification to not deal with whatever real issues you have. You and I both know, that by restricting or bingeing or whatever, you're not fixing the problem. In fact you're perpetuating your problems even more.
