You should be grateful that she's taken you into her home and make you a part of her family. Here's this woman who's treating you like her own child when she could've left you in foster care. Instead, how do you act? You act like a five-year-old brat. Your dad isn't going to help you at all. He's as much of a nutjob as your mother is. This woman wants to help you. She wants you to stop being a victim, she wants you to make something of yourself, and you're tossing it back in her face. Abby, you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of a good woman who genuinely wants to see you happy.

Oh for God's sake. You're in a good place, with people who care about you, and all you can do is complain about how you want to go back to your abusive household. Wake up Abby! THIS IS GOOD FOR YOU. You could get your life back on track here, but you like playing the victim too much to grow up. One day you're going to be worse than your mother if you don't get a grip and shape up.

Um...I don't want back to the abusive household. I want back to the household, with my father, without my mother. I want my home back, but without the drinking and insulting and fighting. Surely it's not unreasonable for a girl to want to go home to her father, her room, and her pets?
