Buffalo Wings!
Tried my hand at making buffalo wings tonight for the first time...
I fried them up in peanut oil and then tossed them up in a sauce composed of Frank's hot sauce, butter, Old Bay seasoning and bourbon. They turned out really well! Might be making these again in the future. :) -
MFF '09 Conclusion

Pirate Radio was pretty awesome. If you've ever seen Empire Records, it had a very similar feel to it with a bit more of a surprising twist. It seemed like a movie better enjoyed at home with friends rather than in a theater, but it's still worth seeing.
Other than that...apparently MFF is next week. How did that happen? O.o -

...Is it possible to dream too big?
I have some pretty lofty dreams. I'd love to see them achieved, but I simultaneously try to pursue them while still holding a healthy amount of doubt.
Is this wrong? And if this seems silly...humor me. I'm pretty exhausted right now. :p -
Too good to be true...
I got an e-mail from my potential roommate today. She's having to pull out due to a family emergency that might have her away for an undefined period of time. She offered to let me keep her old couch since she won't have much use for it, which I'll probably take her up on ( Read more... ) -
I knew it!
My new roomie just came by to move some of her stuff in her room...
...with her girlfriend.
She also brought a couch and chairs with her. Next trip she's bringing a dining room table, dishes among other things.
This is going to be awesome! :D
