this semester ended on friday, though it seemed endless for a while. i spent the weekend with my parents and witnessed the first snow of the winter. i made mussels in white wine and shallot and tossed them with linguine and garlic croutons which absorbed all of the mussel liquor. it was fucking good, though i never want to debeard another mussel in ( Read more... )
