Sergeant in my section broke his hand today. Cue my trying to suck it up and not be such a freaking girl just cause its that time of the month. ...only it's not working. At least Sgt Broken has pain pills.

So. My great St Patrick's day discovery? This apparently still has the ability to give me the creeps just as much as it did the last time I watched Darby O'Gill and the Little People. Bear in mind, I was six at the time. ...I'm definitely not six now. Stupid 1950s banshee.

I totally made ten dollars today just by sewing stripes on for someone. Seriously, how bad is the state of the military if its members can't even begin to grasp the basics of sewing things by hand? Eww. Traveling was horrible. I missed the first flight, had to reschedule for two days later, had to drive fours down to Dallas to catch it, was pulled over for barely speeding, had someone plow into my car at a stop sign and drive off, get delayed for ages so I didn't get in until five in the morning, then the airline lost my luggage, then I get ( Read more... )
