Seagull poop is green early in the morning, or else we have one very sick seagull.

I found this book my mommia gave me back in first year... Beginner's Yoga for Stress Relief.

I gotta tell ya, even though it was just some stretching and breathing exercises without any strange "put your fist up behind  your head while walking crosss legged across a plane of clouds, exhaling while inhaling and thinking deep thoughts" moves...
