Perhaps it goes without saying, but I won't be in to work today.

If you're on the subway, you've undoubtedly heard about what's going on. Don't panic. Stay close to friends. If you don't have friends, make some. If you would rather not know more about what has been going on, please don't read the rest of this post.

Three days, six days... twelve. I would guess we'll be allowed out on Monday. Most curses don't go beyond the weekend.

I doubt there's anything that people on the train can do. Adding weapons to a mob of frightened, trapped individuals might not be the wisest course of action.

I don't think it's someone so much as something. Weapons won't protect us from the City.

I don't know. There are people here who would come up with something else--wasted opportunities to commit murder themselves, wasted meals...

The subway's not usually like this. I've taken it before and it was completely different. I'm fine--staying with others, staying away from the murders now. Whatever's killing people isn't human and can't be stopped.
