this is where you reply with your character's "entrance" (aka their initial reaction to everything. it's similar to an "attendance" thread so we can know who is actively involved within the area even though every character is supposed to be there)

This isn't right.
This isn't anything like he expected when he turned his guns on Frühling in that hallway.
For the first in a very long time, Heine feels something creep up his spine, eyes narrowed at the aggressor beyond the creature "defending" him, a fear taking hold of him at the tip of his spine to clench right up around his neck and squeeze.
This isn't happening.
Dragon's don't fucking happen. It's been bad enough with everything, the childs in Nuadoria, the monsters people called familiars that spoke to them, those goddamn natives telling them about shit like magic and things that just didn't exist.
Dragons don't existBut, yet, here they are, and this place never ceases to surprise him (but he's beginning to wonder why he's surprised at all or if he even really is. Maybe he's just feeling a bit terrified from the unfamiliarity. It's a place in the dark he doesn't want to go, his feet are sticking solid to the ground and he's not going to be able walk forward (or backwards, either), is he

At first, Beta woke up in a god-forsaken small dinky hotel room with a weird looking afro man laying on the other bed. In a hotel without room-service and had the smallest mirror.
At first, she thought it was just some vacation.
At first, she believed that she was brought over to some little hide-away in Elysium.
And now -- ? Now she realized that she was kidnapped (Oh my god...) with a bunch of strangers and little things that came out of the hallway and started to grip at her clothes like a bunch of little walking around shit machines. She was not having fun at all. So when saw Heine standing in front of a massive dragon. Her first thought was: his fashion sense sucks
( ... )
To be honest, Heine was expecting no answer, not an actual go-blow-smoke-up-your-ass reply. Which is why he turned to look at Beta, silent a moment, staring at her wondering who (and when) did she end up in this place. Not that he knew everyone in Nuadoria, but if he were to take a guess he'd have said he had a pretty good handle on who was new and who wasn't.
This girl was more than likely newer than not.
-And what the fuck, attention span, much? His expression did a bit of an erk at her response to the dragon before the complete 180 response to him. Oh my god, was this chick for real?
I bet ...?
Really, really for real?
The albino shook his head, the slightest twitch of an almost nervous smirk in response touching his lips (and from the sound of his voice, it had nothing to do with the fact he had a problem taking on her challenge).
Well, whatever. Real or not, who could resist an offer like that-
ARKHI DRAGON FIGHT: FRONTabsolute_modsNovember 27 2010, 00:31:36 UTC
since the dragon is so big, you'll be attacking from certain sides and it's not easy to maneuver around to a different side without some running and effort, so...!
(yes bb good job and you went first too :D!!) [8] [20]expergisciNovember 30 2010, 20:53:43 UTC
The white light hits the Arkhi in the chest, causing a roar of irritation and the slightest bit of pain. When the light fades, it seems to have made a scratch as a laser would cut through something. It's only bleeding like a paper cut however (still, a wound is a wound...), and the larger creature snorts before pulling its head back to have lightning erupt from it's powerful breath instead of fire. (Area of Effect, make sure dragon protects Elena or she'll get hurt too!)
The bright white light from the creature's mouth is blinding, searing her eyes, and Elena covers them instinctively. The air hums with invisible energy, making the hairs on the back of her neck stand on end, and she only has about half a second to think oh shit before everything becomes sizzling white pain.
When it finally stops she looks up from where she collapsed and finds herself under a shining golden wing. Her summon (at least, that's what she considered the creature to be) is hunched over her protectively, it's feathers and scales still crackling from the blast.
Elena staggers to her feet. Her ears are ringing, her muscles feel like wet wood and her hair probably has the worst case of frizz ever. But she's alive.
She grins devilishly. "Is that all you got?" Her dragon takes the cue instantly and opens it's claws for another attack.
Maybe no one is listening, but at the very least Luke's got one powerful ally on his side as well as himself. Both claws and sword connect, digging in and ripping scales, particularly with its inability to move as well as it normally could.
The dragon screeches before trying to swing its massive tail once again, this time aiming to knock Luke and his dragon away from it with great force {okay maybe not with a 3 lmfao}.
It's movements seem strained, if somewhat temporarily, and Luke rolls to the side before the tail can even come close. His dragon sweeps back even further out of harms way.
Somehow, Luke just knows what his dragon is capable of. He can feel a connection to it - somewhat like his connection to Asch.
And he knows it can use fire...
He's not sure how fonons work here, so he doesn't know if this will succeed, but it's worth a try?
On his command his dragon breathes a jet of flame and Luke wills it towards him, drawing to to his sword. The blade shimmers and glows with inner heat and he springs forward for another attack.
There isn't a lot of time to search for weak spots, but as the fireball clears and the battle moves into full swing, he notes some other figures launching their attacks. He can't see his Turks, but he thinks he hears Elena's voice, which is quickly drowned out by the dragon's roar. It spins towards the left, distracted by something, and he takes stock of his options.
The eye is the weakest spot, but too small, and the dragon's head is turned away from him right now, the creature moving too fast to ensure a clear shot. The rest of it looks armoured as hell, and he's not sure that his bullets would be able to punch through.
He opts for the wing instead, snapping off a shot at the base of it. He sees a flash at the corner of his eye as his own dragon joins in the attack, letting fly with a blast that follows the trajectory of his bullet.
Well, with that girl charging the front, he's going to take the back. And his dragon seems quite content with that, snaking itself around despite its doglike qualities. Heine takes aim with one of his guns towards the dragon's backside, commanding with a "Go" for his dragon before firing at the back.
His dragon lands heavily upon the ground, sinking into the black surface slightly, an odd rumble coming to shoot itself out in all directions. Heine feels it, after his first shot, there's the weight of gravity suddenly yanking him down, but that effect to hold the Arkhi in place is attempted as well.
Friendly fire. He should have expected as much from a shadow creeper.

The gun attack is useless, the bullet springing off its sharp scales (should have expected that, maybe) as if one had never been fired at all.
That gravity attack however, is powerful enough to cause the Arkhi to be momentarily grounded, lowering itself slightly as it made a fuss of trying to keep its head up.
It tries to swing its tail in backlash despite the gravity, but fails to do so [since 10 is not more than half of 20, the opportunity can't arise)].

This is for PCs attacking the Arkhi head on.

Her dragon outruns her though and lands in front, shooting a stream of bright white light.

But that's a good thing, right? It means he might be able to make a surprise attack.
He sees an opening at it's left flank and springs into action, his dragon mirroring his move.
"Fang Blade Havoc", he yells, and they both leap up and strike with sword and claws.
