Congrats to the Yankees, it was quite a series. Philly gave them a good run and the weird calls made by the umps will probably be scrutinized for years to come. Eagle Scout (17 yo) Billed $25,000 For Rescue .

Long story short: Eagle Scout kid goes off trail, gets lost for 3 days, state orders rescue-stuff, kid is found. Big bill to pay for rescue-stuff, bill is given to kid/kid's parents to pay. Is this wrong/right?
