I totally cheated and used turbo tax. And we are even getting a refund!

I have many tax forms now. Perhaps I should do something with them. :)

I would assume that unemployment compensation and multiple jobs makes for a more complex tax picture.

Well, in 2004, I had two jobs and unemployment (three W-2s), and interest paid on three school loans (two 1098-Es so far, I'm assuming a third will surface).. suppose I should get a copy of Turbotax and the data file from last year from my dad's last filing on my behalf. :)

Damn, I am jealous. I would have been done on Monday if it wasn't for my hubby's W2's :p

Go you!

Yes, I was waiting on Tom's, the last of which finally came yesterday. I was going to wait till this weekend, but I was mysteriously drawn to the turbotax website...

They had Turbotax at the checkout lane of my local grocery store, nestled in among all the soap opera digests and TV guides.

It's that time of year....I just used the online version - $10 for federal return.

I didn't even know there was an online version of Turbotax--I only knew about the version you run on your computer (which I'll probably get anyway, in light of access to last year's data file, meaning less data for me to enter. :)

Congrats!
I just need to find the password to my Sallie Mae account online so I can print out how much I paid in interest last year, so I can deduct it. This is getting to be complicated since my paperwork is at home and I keep forgetting to take it to work where I have a printer...

Yeah, I'm extra happy this time of year about not having school loans....I keep hoping for the year when I only have a single w-2 and nothing else to worry about.
