it's just modding the game on your computer, then burning it to a dvd and playing it with your modded ps2, the songs replace songs already in the game.. like crazy train replacing texas flood.. it's a trip, look up guitar hero custom on youtube and youll see all the crazy shit people have done so far.. theyre still adding more and all that so its never gonna end, lol.
