One more frustration
So today in a training for work I discovered that Brian could have requested his unemployment be re-evaluated in April (so they could have included his earnings in the last quarter of 07) which would have brought his benefit up $300-$400 a month! Can you imagine how much stress that would have taken off????

No belly dancing...but there are cookies
So B had to work late tonight...and my belly dancing class started at 7:15...he got home at 7:30 :( So I was not going to show up late, so I will be dropping the class. Not very happy about it. So I baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies...at least the house smells good... -
Kayleigh
After torturing me yesterday on the way to Investiture with the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus double CD our babysitter let her check out from the library, Kayleigh redeemed herself today by requesting we watch my Duran Duran video tape while cleaning, and then wanted to watch it 2 more time! Of course we skipped Girls on Film and The Chauffeur...LOL -

So even though I was wrangling unruly kids all day yesterday I still enjoyed Investiture. Unfortunately I missed the ACTUAL investiture since I was getting T to sleep :( But it was nice to see B having so much fun during the tournament! Poor Jordan!
So Jordan is a pizza freak. I think he ate pizza every single day at lunch at school his freshman and sophomore years. This past year his obsession turned to burritos but he still never tires of pizza. So his perfect summer job? At Pizza Schmizza. He started a week ago Thursday. So B went almost 7 months without a decent job offer right??? So Monday he started a temp job at almost $5 an hour less than he'd been making at his last job. It's close enough to my work that we can commute together so that's fine. If it turns into a permanent position he can take classes for FREE, the kids and I can go for 25% of the regular ( Read more... ) -
