Oh goodness. Hello from Concordia. Here I come from steamfashion to see if you're a SCAdian I know, and you're talking gluten free. I have celiac. So I know where you're coming from.

Try Mexican and Indian food. Corn tortillas are wonderfully simple to make. When it comes to Indian food there are lots of vegan friendly gluten free recipes. For example, here's one I've been meaning to make:

Masala Cabbage Subzi.

Not sure what to say about the protein issue. I try to do a corn/beans or a beans/rice bit when I'm not doing the animal protein thing.

Also. Have you tried www.glutenfreebaking.com?

Greetings from Storvik, Atlantia! While I am not personally celiac, I have a dear friend who is, and I'd really like to cook for him. I will certainly look that recipe over and keep an eye out! I'll check with him on how he feels about Mexican and Indian.
