“No, that’s still too loose.”

“Well, then how damn tight is it supposed to be?”

My head was just like THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!

I loved this. Jeff and Chip have a special place in my heart and this fluff is perfect!

I'm just gonna go read it again~

LOL! That whole scene was filled with sexual innuendo, haha! It wasn't even what I'd initially intended, but it sort of just happened, haha!

Anyway, thank you so incredibly much. It's so immensely satisfying to hear that you enjoyed it, AND that you want to actually re-read it. Thank you!! :D

and then Jeff says, “Chip? Are you just going to let me wander around by myself at night in New York?-That is the best diatribe. ^_^

“But it’s snowing,” Ryan says, pointing randomly away from himself.
“And it’s cold,” Greg adds.-I love these two, and this really amuses me. Like they're doing the laziest arguments possible. And their actions afterward, what with the giddy sarcasm, really made me laugh. ^_^ When they team up to be adorable assholes together, I think that's when I like the best, and you're capturing that really well.

I LOVE the image of Jeff fixing Chip's skates for him. Especially with Chip just watching him silently, it really is just a nice, calm, sweet touch. It balances really nicely with the boisterous attitude of the rest of the story so far. I also just really like the way you wrote that scene, with the little touches and movements-it's all really natural and so easy to visualize.

close the gap between them, finally taste Chip--Yes, Jeff, you know you want to. ^_^ And I love the addition of "finally ( ... )

Thank you once again for all your amazing feedback! You have no idea how much I appreciate it :D.

Writing Ryan and Greg was a lot of fun. I can sort of picture them being snarky little assholes, but lovable assholes, so it wasn't too difficult to get into their heads ( ... )

And it's sort of become my head canon that Jeff has been secretly in love with Chip for a long time now, so it only made sense---Oh, me too. ^_^ So, so much. And what with his constant tweets about going to the spa and whatnot, I'd actually be super surprised if he was straight. :P

Yay for getting to see a live show. ^_^ Have so much fun, and yes, they're very good about meeting fans at the stage door after the show, so there's a good chance. And Jeff and Chip are really absolute sweethearts. But yeah, let us know if anything slashy happens!

You know, that would actually be sort of really sad, if it was true that Jeff was secretly (or not-so-secretly) in love with Chip, though.

Amusingly enough, I forced my friend to watch Improv-a-Ganza with me on the weekend (we watched select episodes) and after one episode she goes, "So, is Jeff gay?" I'd said NOTHING about anything. And I was like, "Um... I don't know, to be honest." And literally, by the end of the second episode, she was like, "HE IS TOTALLY GAY!" And was about 100% convinced of this. Even I've never been that certain, LOL!

I've heard nothing but great things about all of them. I met Greg about 11 years ago, actually, and he was just the sweetest ever, so I'm REALLY hoping I get a chance to meet him again and thank him for his kindness to me all those years ago :). And of COURSE I'm absolutely determined to meet Jeff and Chip (and Ryan).

And BELIEVE ME, if there are any stories worth telling, they will ALL be stored in my brain and shared as soon as I get back from my trip, LOL! ;)

YAY! You wrote another fic! *glomps on it*

Oh, this is awesomely funny, sweet, and sexy all rolled into one. Totally captures the spirit of the prompt.

I love your banter between all four guys, particularly the way you have Ryan and Greg being snarky, but not in a dick-ish way. Greg's little jumping up and down and shrieking because Chip is going on the walk made me laugh out loud.

And then when they get to the skating rink - oh!! So much cuteness with Jeff looking after Chip. Tying his skates for him - aww! And then leading him around the ice and all his sexual tension towards Chip - oh my.

I really, really love your writing (if I haven't made that abundantly clear on your other stories ;)) Can't wait to see more.

BTW - I've never skated either :)

Aww, yay! So glad to hear that you enjoyed this. Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, as always. This fandom is like INSANELY kind with their reviews, and I'm constantly blown away! :D

Glad you enjoyed the banter between all 4 of them, and the UST between Jeff/Chip. I really, REALLY wanted to resolve it, but it just didn't seem to work properly for this fic.

Thank you so very much for all your compliments regarding my writing. I honestly can't thank you enough for your kindness! &heart;

A couple other people have also mentioned to me that they've never skated before, so maybe it's not quite as uncommon as I seem to think it is, haha! But perhaps one day you'll learn to skate from some gorgeous comedian, eh? ;)

Sometimes it's better NOT to resolve the ST, especially if it wouldn't be realistic to the story. The ending works perfectly here :) It's too soon at this point for Chip to hurl himself at Jeff - much as Jeff would have enjoyed that ;)

Yeah, I guess the skating thing is regional. I actually grew up in New York (live in New Jersey just outside the city now) where there are rinks, but it's just not that huge a thing. That said, I do have a friend who's a big skater :)

Ha! I'm totally gonna ask Jeff to teach me to skate! ;)

Yeah, no, I totally agree with you about when to resolve the sexual tension and when not to. As much as I love me some good guy/guy action, I'll only write it if it makes sense and is realistic in the context of the story. Alas... it was not here. But I'm working on another that'll hopefully be rated a lotbit higher than PG-13, hee ;)

Where I grew up, it's almost unfathomable for people to have NEVER skated at least once by the time they're adults, so that's sort of the perspective I was rolling with here ;). We'll just have to assume that Jeff, Greg and Ryan all had the same one, haha!

YAY!!! THIS WAS MY PROMPT!!!! :D

This was absolutely adorable. ^___^ I read the majority with a big dopey smile on my face. Your Jeff's so naughty but sweet, and Chip's all broken and adorable. Plus their banter on the ice was awesome!

I like your Ryan/Greg, too. I think you wrote them well. They played off each other nicely.

Oh! Oh! Chip clinging to the railing and having to have Jeff come to his rescue was so cute. :))) Poor Chippy!!!

Yay!!! *high five* You rock, dude!

Also, I second Sun...I've never skated before, either. :O

YAY! I'm so relieved that you enjoyed it! It's always scary to take prompts from people and then fill them, because you never know what they're hoping for/expecting, you know? :)

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed my portrayal of them, and that you liked the banter between Jeff/Chip, Ryan/Greg and the group of them. I really see Jeff as having this genuine soft-spot for Chip in real life, so I kind of love to play around with that idea in fic.

Several people have told me they've never skated. I, myself, haven't done so in years and the last time I tried I couldn't even stand on my skates. So I guess it's not quite as uncommon to not have skated than I thought, but that's okay...;)

Anyway, thanks again for your kindness and I'm beyond thrilled that you felt I did your prompt justice :D
