This was so much fun that I can't even... LOL

Jeff's rant to get Chip on board was perfect. So much like I think he'd really do to get his way.

The skate tying scene is one of those things where you can get that intimate moment without raising any flags for the observer, if that makes any sense. It's the kind of thing I'd like to think one man would do for a friend in need.

As for all the rest... yeah. I agree with your comment above about a kiss not being right... sometimes it's so much sweeter without. That longing, seemingly unrequited lurve.

Oh, and I must admit... I'm 37 and haven't ever ice skated either. But then, in my defense, I've been raised in the desert. ROFL Sand skate anyone? *G*

Terrific little fic! I hope you don't take this as an insult, but you really can forget that these are real people you're writing about because you have a way of taking them, staying true to their natures and yet, making them all your own. It's pretty darn cool, if you ask me. :)

Aww, thank you so much! I'm so glad that you enjoyed this! I had a lot of fun writing it, too :D

Thanks for your kind feedback. To be honest, I was really pleased with how the skate-tying scene came out, because I wanted to infuse a bit of that realistic intimacy into the fic and that presented the perfect opportunity for me to do so. You're totally right that it's the kind of thing that could happen without really drawing attention.

Yeah, seems like lots of people haven't ever skated before. Ah well... I guess that just means Greg, Jeff and Ryan would just find you strange, LOL! ;) Though you have a very valid excuse, haha!

OMG, no. Saying that you forget they're real people isn't an insult at ALL! Actually, I think it's a huge compliment, so thank you SO MUCH! ♥

“Chip? Are you just going to let me wander around by myself at night in New York? What if I get mugged, or lost, or kidnapped and sold to slave traders? Or worse - what if I get lost after being mugged, and I’m kidnapped by a group of slave-traders who sell me to a man with a daughter named Bertha that they force me to marry, and I’m stuck there until I’m old and fat and my hair grows down to my waist because they won’t let me cut or style it? Do you think you could live with that, knowing you had the power to save me but chose to ignore it?”

That made me laugh SO hard!! xD

Aww this was adorable, hun! :D
